In BanlistTool, the logic for updating the banlist of servers has been changed.
If there are any problems, write to the contacts that are listed at the bottom of the site, or in the PM.

Previously, banlists were updated by a separate script that started every 5 minutes.
Now the banlist tries to update on every request from clients. But, at the same time, requests to Trinity GTA servers are generated no more than once every 5 minutes for each server.
This change should greatly improve the performance of BanlistTool.
